Clinical Director of Oncology: Be responsible for the effective operational management of the Oncology unit. Specific responsibilities include monitoring clinical effectiveness, implementing best practices, and monitoring adherence to regulations. Work interdepartmentally to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Ensure operational efficiency by initiating quality and performance improvement activities. Also, manage all Human Resources and budgetary aspects of the department.

Requirements:
- Current TX RN license
- BSN, Chemotherapy Certification
- 3 years of clinical experience
- 3+ years leadership experience
