Clinical Director - PT
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing patient care, documentation and coordination of care with other services as it relates to physical therapy. Responsible to identify and assess physical impairments, functional limitations, pain and disability and their impact on physical ability and function; develop an individualized plan of care focused on mutually determined physical and functional goals; treat and educate to prevent and alleviate physical impairments and to optimize physical function and/or comfort.
Responsible for staffing, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
·Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist.
·Has graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program
·Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health. Has presented a negative TB skin
test.
·Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
and is in good working order.
·Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
Education and/or Experience
B.S., M.S., or D.P.T. in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
