Job Description Full time Clinical Dietitian position available to work on a Sub Acute Unit located within the main campus of The Hebrew Rehabilitation Center For Aged. Qualified candidates must have previous experience with MDS, RAPs and Care Planning. 1-2 years Acute care experience. Must be organized and efficient to work in this fast paced environment. Good communication skills along with teamwork are a must. Occasional weekends and holidays. A competitive benefit and salary package offered.
