As a Registered Dietitian you will provide overall nutrition care to patients of the facility. You will assure that the nutritional needs of the individual patients are being met and that all documentation as it relates to the patients nutritional status is complete and accurate. The Registered Dietitian directs activities of institution department, providing quality food service and nutritional care. Directly reporting to this position are the Diet Technicians. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (BA) from a 4-year college or university. This position requires Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association and Licensed Dietitian status, if residing in a state with licensure. RD eligible candidates will also be considered. The ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively with clients, customers of client and support staff is required. Requires management and leadership skills and the ability to work with confidential employee, client and ARAMARK information.
