Clinical Counselor/Clinical Social Worker (H50080)

POSITION 
SUMMARY:

UNMMG seeks a Project Manager to oversee all operations of the Locum Tenens and Specialty Extension Services Programs. Manages and/or administers human resources for the program, budget and business planning, fiscal management, scheduling, program reporting, credentialing and clinical privileging, and contracting. Recruits healthcare sites and providers and serves as the first point of contact for the resolution of problems associated with the sites or providers. Oversees compliance, quality assurance and customer service.



MINIMUM 
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of directly related experience.

OR

Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 7 years of directly related experience.

PREFERRED 
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: With a Locum Tenens environment Coordinating multi-specialty environments Negotiating provider and payor contracts Budgeting and financial forecasting of specialty extension services Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities Knowledge of New Mexico state statutes related to independent contract services



CONDITIONS OF 
EMPLOYMENT: Possession of a valid New Mexico driver's license is a requirement for this job.Travel to UNMMG offices and clinics will be required in this position.Must be employment eligible as verified by the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the Government Services Administration (GSA).
