Their goal is to meet and exceed the expectations for quality patient service and care and staff friendly and caring employees who have the desire and skills to improve patient health. The facility I am working with is a 250+ bed hospital located in near Sacramento. They are looking for an experienced Cath Lab Coordinator. This position provides procedural sedation to patients under going Cardiac Catheterization, and works beside a physician as an assistant, scrubbing during standard procedures and interventions. Additionally, candidate must be able to perform as a member of an emergency standby call team as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor, and be able to wear lead aprons for an extended time frame. Further requirements include the ability to assist in patient transfers and stocking of supplies, and wearing a lead apron for an extended period of time. My client is looking for an individual with their Bachelors of Science – Nursing and who is currently licensed in the State of California or eligible. Additionally, they are looking for and individual with 2+ years of Cath Lab RN experience as well as a patient and enthusiastic person with strong patient care orientation and the ability to develop relationships at all staff levels within the organization.
