Clinic Administrator, Obstetrics & Gynecology Group
Oakdale Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.A. is a prestigious and growing physician group serving the northwest suburbs of the Twin Cities. The practice includes 10 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners and approximately 45 other employees, and serves patients at 5 locations. The Clinic Administrator reports to the physician CEO and is responsible for managing all non-physician aspects of this thriving practice. Areas of responsibility include supervision of nurse practitioners and ancillary clinical staff, laboratory, business office, reception, medical records, and scheduling. The Clinic Administrator is an integral part of the practice leadership and therefore must have superb business and financial acumen, clinical experience, and well developed communications, organizational and people skills.
Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s in business administration or health administration preferred. In addition, applicants must have a demonstrated history of management success in a health care environment.
