Since 1975 the company has enjoyed solid growth through scientific innovation and superior service. Located in Valencia California, in a new custom designed 200,000 square foot facility.Within the Valencia facility are a wide variety of clinical laboratories, conducting a wide variety of assays. Among the specialty areas are Molecular Biology, Cellular Immunology, Tissue Culture, Flow Cytometry, Molecular Genetics, Cytogenetics, Microbiology, and Chemistry. The site also hosts a Clinical Trials Department and a Research & Development Group.Supporting the clinical lab is a large Client Services Department, Accounts Receivable & Billing and the Information Technology department. Smaller administrative groups including Materials, Facilities, Human Resources and Finance are also located in the facility.
Specialty is currently seeking a Client Support Representative, with a strong Clinical Laboratory background, to support our Hospital and Physicians offices nationally. Client Support Representative is the Company's initial contact with clients and the company's reputation rests with a client's impression of those communications to a significant degree. Duties include fielding calls, providing lab results, answering technical questions and troubleshooting various situations for clients. The Client Support Representative will manage correspondence with clients needing problem notification, identify and research problem samples, and navigate through LIS to resolve client problems.Schedule is Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Candidates MUST possess both 2-3 years experience in clinical laboratory/medical terminology and in client/customer service role as well as demonstrate strong communication, organization and phone skills, basic MS Word and Excel, 10-key touch, and the ability to type minimum of 45 wpm.
