Compiles information for reporting purposes. Assists in the proposal process. Acts as a liaison to internal and external customers regarding administrative matters. Assists in the implementation, renewal, and termination of accounts and management of transition issues. Assists with the development and tracking of client communications and marketing schedules. Conducts and/or coordinates visits, workshops, seminars, health fairs, procedural review, etc.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Researches and analyzes problems to determine proper course of action. Implements resolution and involves appropriate administrative areas when necessary to ensure accurate resolution of the issue. Follows-up to ensure completion. 2. Assists in the implementation, renewal, and termination of accounts and management of transition issues. 3. Acts as a liaison to internal and external customers regarding administrative matters. 4. Conducts and/or coordinates visits, workshops, seminars, health fairs, procedural review, etc. 5. Assists with the development and tracking of client communications and marketing schedules. 6. Develops, produces, and maintains ad hoc and custom reports. Analyzes information contained in reports as requested or needed. 7. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Experience: Typically two years experience in client services or related field. Knowledge: Knowledge of assigned products, client implementation, and proposal processes. Skills/Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with a widely varied audience. Proven ability to analyze customer?s needs and determine the most appropriate solution; and to set work priorities in accordance with established standards.
