POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Client Service Manager who has extensive experience in client services, claims and coding knowledge in a payer environment. Healthcare experience is required as well as excellent communication and relationship building skills.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Interface with clients on implementation and ongoing customer service
· Maintain and exceed client expectations.
· Assist with client operational assessment & systems integration.
· Maintain client business rules; working with our Medical Policy department.
· Communicate client business rules & system logic changes or enhancements to various departments.
· Organize monthly inter-department client meetings.
REQUIRED SKILLS:Understanding of medical claims systems and claims adjudication including knowledge of CPT-4, ICD9 and medical terminology. Extremely strong Verbal and Written communication skills - requires 80% interaction with internal customers and 20% interaction with external customers. Analytical, extremely detailed oriented. Experienced with business analysis and reporting. Ability to take initiative and execute strategy to achieve results. Daily use of a database for logging, tracking and customer research. Bachelors or Masters in related subject area.
