Client Service Manager / Staffing Specialist

Description Onward Healthcare, or “Onward�, is the nation’s fastest growing healthcare staffing company and provides nursing and allied healthcare professionals on temporary work assignments to over 1,500 hospitals nationwide.

Position:

Client Service Managers (CSMs) / Staffing Specialists work with our client facilities, they partner with the staffing departments to assist them with their staffing needs. They also work directly with the company’s Recruiters to place candidates in appropriate per-diem shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with hospital clients and evaluate each facility’s staffing requirements

• Communicate the clients staffing needs to our field employees

• Placement of candidates in appropriate assignments or shifts.

• Alert the sales force to new opportunities  Requirements :

• Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Outlook.

• Comfortable with navigating the web.

• Must be able to make a minimum of 70-80 calls per day.

• Good phone presence

• Strong relationship builder with negotiation, problem solving and conflict management skills.
