We have an immediate opening for experienced Client Consultants (non-bilingual and bilingual - English/Spanish).  The successful candidate will have strong inside sales/customer service experience and a positive attitude.  S/he will have a history of overperforming (top 20% of team) with sales and service goals, metrics, and quotas.  Duties include: convert inbound sales lead calls, answer customer questions, enter customer orders, follow-up with customers, and make outbound sales and service calls (no cold calling).  Accountability, accuracy, and dedication to excellence are critical! 

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 3-5 years inside sales/customer service experience; excellent phone skills; ability to type 35-40 wpm; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; MS Office proficiency; strong empathy skills; and ability to be a team player.  English/Spanish fluency for the bilingual position.

 

This is a full-time position (9:30 am – 6:00 pm schedule) with Saturday rotation.
