Coventry Health Care is currently seeking Claims Processors to join our DYNAMIC organization. If you have previous claims processing experience and are looking for a truly unique career, then we would like to talk to you. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers by processing claims and adjustments accurately and in a timely manner (familiarity with HCFA 1500 and UB92 is preferred). Additionally, you will be part of a team, driven to meet and/or exceed goals.
Job Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous medical office experience is helpful.Claims processing and/or medical billing background.Basic computer skills, experience in a windows based environment. Basic keyboarding skills. Ability to absorb and apply new and changing information. Problem solving ability.Strong listening and interpersonal skills; skilled at developing and maintaining effective working relationships. A positive, confident attitude. Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
