Location: Burlington, NC 27253 Status: Part Time, Employee Job Category: Medical/Health Relevant Work Experience: 1+ to 2 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Master's Degree Company: The MENTOR Network Child Therapist Position Overview/Summary:Serves on intake team. Professional-level position in the clinical programs for Triad Mentor, to provide intake assessments, diagnostic assessments, person centered plan development, and submission of requests for ongoing authorization of recommended services. Provide individual and family outpatient therapy in consumer homes.  Part time position requires schedule availability in late afternoon and evenings for 5-12 hrs per wk.  Responsibilities include: Conduct intake screening and assessments. Conduct diagnostic assessments. Provide individual and family outpatient therapy. Requirements:Requires current or provisional license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, P-LCSW) and child mental health experience.Â
