Yoh Health Care has a direct hire opportunity for a Chief Quality Officer to join our customer in the Seattle, Washington Area.As the executive leader of Quality, Risk and Medical Staff Services you will be designing, planning and implementing performance improvement systems that integrate quality practices across the organization. We are looking for a talented individual that can inspire the entire staff to carry out their vision for total quality management. Your risk management leadership will be used to continually improve safety at work and the delivery of quality care. You will also serve as the subject matter expert and resource on all aspects of medical staff membership and clinical privileges. Job Responsibilities: • Develops performance improvement activities and CQI activities across the organization • Oversight of all regulatory bodies • Consults with administrative team, department managers and medical staff on quality issues • Identifies best methods to reduce risk associated with provision of patient care and services • Provides risk intervention and education • Implements a comprehensive, effective Quality Model across departments • Partner with medical staff, administration and officials on matters involving medical staff performance and compliance Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Preferred • Registered Nurse (RN) • Previous Leadership • Experience in an acute-care hospital, preferably for-profit • Experience integrating a seamless quality model across departments • Thorough understanding of regulatory agencies • Understanding of process improvement and statistical methodologies • CPHQ certification highly desiredDiscover all that’s possible with Yoh Health Care.
