compassion performance innovation integrity pride Chief CRNA The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical and administrative activities of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to assure appropriate clinical coverage and clinical performance. Will also provide anesthesia services in the operating room and other appropriate areas as needed. Requires a current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of PA, Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA), five years experience as a CRNA and Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. Preferred qualifications include one year experience as a Chief CRNA, two or more years of managing operations within a healthcare system, Master?s in Business (MBA ) or related education, or experience in fiscal management.
