A 196 bed SNF located in beautiful Colonial Heights, Va. is currently seeking the following positions to expand our growing rehabilitation department.

Certified OT Assistant (COTA)

FT

Located just minutes from Richmond, and with easy access to I-95, Colonial Heights Health Care Center offers newly updated competitive salary and benefits packages as well as sign-on/referral bonuses. Qualifications include proof of associateâ€™s degree with valid professional board certification. One year of SNF or related experience is recommended but not required.
