CATEGORY: Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for assessing and providing direct nursing care to the residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Provides residents with daily restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment, care plan and as directed by supervisors. Ensures that each resident's needs are met and exceeded while maintaining the highest degree of dignity. Functions under supervision of the Director of Nursing.
