Case Manger - Edgewood

The Drenk’s Center Edgewood Specialty Bed Program is for youth girls who have varying degrees of behavioral issues that traditionally required more intensive settings. This program will offer greater opportunities along with the same level of treatment intensity in a community based setting. This is a 24/7 staffed community based residential setting with live in house parent(s).

The Case Manager position provides outreach case management to residents of the program. Position is also responsible for maintaining contact with referring agencies and other providers and families/significant others. Case Manager will also plan, organize and implement therapeutic recreation and social work to clients. Position will require some on-call responsibilities. Position requires Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health field, social work or related field. Prior case management experience is also necessary.
