The Military OneSource Wounded Warrior Consultant provides military service members and their families a single point of contact for resources, referrals, consultation and assistance in reporting deficiencies in military medical treatment, medical facilities, wounded warrior programs, etc.

The MOS WW Consultant receives contact via telephone and email and provides subsequent interaction, assistance and guidance between customers and various Service and Inter-agency support organizations to include but not limited to Service Wounded Warrior programs, Veteran's Administration, Tri-Care and Military OneSource.

Responsibilities include:Data entry and case management, case tracking and follow-up, and customer follow-up Documents all cases into the Case Management SystemMonitors all research and referrals, and additional materials sent to users/customersBased on business needs, may be asked to take on special projects as requested

Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work or other human services fieldA minimum of three (3) years of related work experience, preferably post graduateKnowledge of mandated procedures for child and elder abuse situationsAbility to be flexible, creative and multi-task in a fast-paced, high change environmentWork schedule to include Saturday coverage.

Preferred Qualifications:Prior military experience (Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserves), Military spouse, or Military civilian employee exposure highly desiredDiverse experience in counseling, social work or mental health services.LCSW,LGPC,LSW,Master Professional Counselor,Master Psychology,Military,Social Work,Substance Abuse
