Caregiver/CNA

Job Purpose:

Home & Hearth Caregivers, enables patients to stay in their homes providing support and personal services; as well as ease the transition a family member from medical facility to home, or just add a little help to their day.

 

Duties:

· Supports clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and running errands.

· Assists clients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

· Records patient information by making entries in a daily activity journal; notifying supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.

· Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment.

· Updates knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

· Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

· Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 

Flexibile Schedu:Hourly – Come & Go Overnight Weekend Only No Minimums Temporary 24/7 or Live In
