CareMax Medical Resources provides a full range of home respiratory therapy, home medical equipment, home infusion therapy, and pharmacy services to meet our client's needs.  Ensuring the highest degree of comfort and independence, our multi disciplinary team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Respiratory Therapists, Dieticians, and Case Managers work with a patient’s prescribing physician and family members to establish and maintain an optimal course of treatment.
 
CareMax Medical Resources offers comprehensive, in-home coordination of infusion, respiratory, and medical equipment services. Our office is currently looking for a qualified Receptionist to manage a busy multi-line switchboard. The ideal candidate must have excellent telephone manner and present a professional demeanor. Candidate must also have strong organizational and communication skills.
 
Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and duties include:
Reception and dispatch of demanding multi-line call center
Meet and assist all visitors and clients
Assist Office Manager with miscellaneous tasks when needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At Least one year experience in a medical office or facility
Self-directed with excellent customer service and time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills
Preferred:
Prior experience in an infusion pharmacy or home medical equipment operation
Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
Medical Assistant with referral intake experience
