The result is better care and a reduction in overall health care costs.   Primary Responsibilities: Organize systems, create and prepare forms, lists, reports and proposals for new and ongoing projects. Extensive compilation of data for reposts relating to the unit. The will be some data entry MS Access, Excel and Care Management. Assign new cases to Care Coordinators, interface with providers, members, care coordinators and account reps are some other functions. Handle special projects and manage a telephone line.Qualifications:1 year + of professional PC experience (Word, Excel Access) 1 year + of experience in report creation in a Windows environment 1 year + of experience with file management and directory creation using MS Explorer or File Manager. Bachelors degree preferred Experience with project tracking and reporting preferred Familiarity with medical and behavioral health terminology Must have exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.  Ability to handle a fast pace, deadlines, and competing priorities.  Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and ability to handle change.  Ability to work independently as well as a member of the team.
