As the newest member of our Memphis, TN team, you would provide customer support to patients and healthcare agencies, as well as assisting a team of busy nurses. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable healthcare experience, so jumpstart your career and apply today.   Primary Responsibilities: Supporting the case management team. Sending correspondence to physicians’ offices. Answering phones and checking voice mails. Referring callers to appropriate resources. Gathering and reviewing healthcare data for state reports. Assisting with special projects as needed. Qualifications:  1-2 years experience working in a Professional Office setting required. 1 + years experience working in a Customer Service or Telephonic based career required. 2 + years experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Healthcare experience is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Access is a plus.
