Calvary@HomeThis position is for covering the Manhattan area.The Hospice RN assists in the planning, implementation, documentation and coordination of patient care services to Hospice patients and their families. Also they provide direct nursing care to patients and in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team, coordinates comprehensive nursing services for patients and their families. Qualifications include: Current NYS Registered Nurse license. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is preferred Two (2) years experience in nursing which includes any combination of medical-surgical, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice. At least one (1) year of community hospice or home health experience is preferred Hospice experience preferred.NYS drivers license. Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions.
