Call Center Floor Manager
Call Center Supervisor - Full Time Position for large Medical Practice in Southern NH. Minimum of 5 year’s experience in a supervisory position in a fast paced medical environment, preferably in an area dealing with customer service and appointment scheduling in a medical office environment. Interpersonal skills, confidentiality and flexibility are necessary. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service driven/focused. Analytical skills to problem solve. Detail oriented to follow through on any special projects and the ability to work independently in a busy hectic medical environment. Knowledge around call center service, customer service training, medical terminology, medical office scheduling and PC knowledge with strong apprehension of windows are necessary. Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience necessary. Salary commensurate with experience
