Hearing Instruments Inc, a Miracle-Ear Franchise, was founded 40 years ago and with 40 offices is the largest and most successful hearing aid company in the state. We are a profitable, debt free and very stable company with a solid vision for our future. We are searching for outstanding Customer Service Telephone Reps who have superior relationship building skills and outstanding work ethic to join our Corporate Customer Service Call Center Team in Camp Hill, Pa.
You will answer telephone calls to make appointments for hearing tests, answer overflow calls from our branch offices across Pennsylvania, and call customers to confirm their appointments, as well as other telephone duties as assigned.
You should enjoy talking on the telephone with a wide variety of customers, including the senior population, in a fast paced but friendly and pleasant work environment.
We require you to have an outgoing and pleasant telephone personality, an attention to detail, and a good comfort level working with computers. This position requires you to be on the telephone your entire shift. You must be available to work any shift assigned during our normal business hours of Monday thru Friday 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Starting rates are $10-$11/hour, with paid vacation, flexible hours, and a great family oriented work environment. Only those applicants seeking a long-term position in a great company need apply.
