Customer Service Manager Job Description Seeking an individual who has had a minimal of 5 years call center management experience. Responsibilities include the daily management of call center operations. Motivating and leading staff The manager will work with the staff and others in the organization to enhance service delivery. Make necessary changes in staffing and scheduling to meet service goalsManage the Quality monitoring requirements Assist with the recruitment and hiring of staffHas the ability to present information and respond to questions from leadership, customers and clients.
