Job Description Clinical Staffing Resources (CSR) Department provides supplemental staffing to the Critical Care, Med Surg, and limited ED areas. Floating gives RN the extraordinary opportunity to work on a variety of units with different specialties and levels of care. CSR floats RNs to Critical Care (Multisystem ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Coronary ICU, Neuro Critical Care, Cardio-VascularIII, Cardiovascular PCU, Cardiac Intervention Unit, Neuro Medical PCU, Neuro Surgical PCU, Multisystem PCU, MedSurg PCU, and Med Surg specialties of multispecialties (variety of diagnoses admitted from ED), Renal/Urology/Transplant (kidney, pancreatic and liver), Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, Orthopedics and Rehab. If an RN is new to Florida Hospital but not sure which unit they want to work, CSR gives the RN a chance to work different units to find the perfect fit for themselves. Need Flexible Work Options? Utilizing the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department.
