Job Description Clinical Staffing Resources (CSR) Department provides supplemental staffing to the Critical Care, Med Surg, and limited ED areas. Floating gives RN the extraordinary opportunity to work on a variety of units with different specialties and levels of care. CSR floats RNs to Critical Care (Multisystem ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Coronary ICU, Neuro Critical Care, Cardio-VascularIII, Cardiovascular PCU, Cardiac Intervention Unit, Neuro Medical PCU, Neuro Surgical PCU, Multisystem PCU, MedSurg PCU, and Med Surg specialties of multispecialties (variety of diagnoses admitted from ED), Renal/Urology/Transplant (kidney, pancreatic and liver), Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, Orthopedics and Rehab. If an RN is new to Florida Hospital but not sure which unit they want to work, CSR gives the RN a chance to work different units to find the perfect fit for themselves. Need Flexible Work Options? Days (7a-3p and 7a-7p) Evenings (3p-11p) Nights (11p-7a and 7p-7a) Other (3p-7p and 7p-11p) Full-time (72 or 80 hours per pay period) Part (32 hours or higher) Per Diem (New Compensation Plan for flexibility and commitment) Seasonal RN (Agreement for a nine or ten month plan) Features: Opportunity to broaden experience Each day is a different experience Flexible scheduling The RN is a registered professional nurse who is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizing the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
