This includes leveraging capabilities of a clinical information system to optimize clinical workflow and drive clinical transformation within an EMR project. The CISAA uses a strong understanding of nursing and/or clinical workflow processes and identifies the impact of a systems functionality on those processes. They will work closely with BayCare Information Services, BEACON teams, IS production support teams, nursing leadership, and Medical Staff Services and must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
