Triumph HealthCare, based in Houston, Texas, specializes in providing services to medically complex patients for whom the short-term care hospital is no longer the most appropriate or cost-effective setting necessary for continued care. We are currently seeking self-motivated, self-directed and experienced applicants for the following position. CEO Opportunity - LTAC Hospital Triumph Healthcare is Opportunity!Triumph Healthcare is a network of long term acute care hospitals nationwide, providing the resources of a large organization while maintaining a small intimate environment wihtin each location.We are currently seeking a CEO for our hopsital in Bismarck, ND!CEO Responsibilities: The President/CEO is the direct representative to the Governing Board in management of the hospital. The President/CEO is given the necessary authority and is responsible for the operation and administration of the hospital and all its departments, subject to the powers of the corporate structure of Triumph HealthCare. The President/CEO directs all functions of the hospital in keeping with the overall policies established by the Governing Board and in compliance with regulatory guidelines, in order that the strategic objectives of the institution can be attained. Provides leadership and directives in promoting the efficient, economical, and effective utilization of hospital resources to meet the identified needs of community through quality medical care and health service programs. Education: Bachelors degree required, masters preferred. Minimum experience of at least five years in hospital management. Ability to motivate and direct actions of others. Current knowledge of trends in health care. Understanding of financial reports. Experience in conducting meetings of the Medical Staff and Governing Board. Working knowledge of Medicare, OSHA, JCAHO, CMS and state guidelines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of computers with good word processing skills. Proven experience with development of positive relationships with senior staff, co-workers, and customers.
