Thanks to continued growth, we have an immediate, full-time opening for a Center Manager at our Colorado Springs, CO location.

Acting as General Manager for the Plasma Collection Center, the selected candidate assumes responsibility for the center's operations, and in particular, the safety of donors and employees and the quality of the plasma collected. Because plasma collection is a highly regulated, high volume medical business, the CM must have a thorough knowledge of compliance issues Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the center meets all performance and service expectations. Key functions will include, but are not limited to, interacting with the Quality Supervisor (QS) to ensure that quality systems are successfully implemented; leading continuous improvement initiatives; and hiring, training, developing and leading the management team (Assistant Manager, Training Supervisor), as well as staff, and creating an atmosphere of teamwork, respect and empowerment. Of primary importance is the incumbent's ability to manage the center in a manner that ensures a positive, safe donor experience and motivates repeat donations. Reporting to the Associate Director, Plasma Quality and Operations, the Center Manager will be accountable for communicating the center's plasma production goals and motivating all personnel to apply best practices to achieve business objectives.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years experience supervising a large group of employees (20 or more). Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment and excellent customer focus also preferred. Must be able to travel extensively during training period and occasionally afterwards.
