Position Description:

Business Analysis Support: Develops key working partnerships across the organization; actively participates in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of identified projects that support institutional business priorities.a. Uses established tools and methodologies to assist team members in collecting critical data as it relates to identifying business process opportunities and analyzing key performance drivers.b. Works directly with key subject matter experts and more senior team resources to document detailed business requirements. c. Produces detailed project documentation to ensure that the requirements, variations and business exception processes are interpreted correctly. d. Assists in the development of performance measures and metrics for use in reporting and critical business analysise. Manipulates and analyzes data to create required reports for dissemination to all appropriate users – senior executives and others. f. Assists in the design & development of education materials as a critical part of the implementation process.g. Consistently demonstrates iTACH’s philosophy and values; supports the translation of departmental philosophy and mission to the day-to-day operating environment. h. Applies state-of-the-art methods, models and approaches to ensure that iTACH deliverables: (1) Epitomize industry best practices and (2) Effectively support the evolving professional/developmental needs of the CHOP community.Personal / Team Development: Demonstrates a commitment to personal & team development.a. Qualifications:

•Bachelors Degree required•Masters in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fields highly preferred.•Minimum of 2 years business analyst experience with extensive background in analyzing business operations / systems and in developing business requirements for change and process management. •Minimum of 1 years related work experience in process / project management•Minimum of 2 years data / analytical experience•Required: strong proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products including: Excel, Project, Visio, Access, Word and PowerPoint;•Required: Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS or Stata; •Experience in working with large datasets, combining data from a multitude of sources and using the dataset to measure performance is preferred;•Ability to manage multiple projects, working in supervised settings.
