Position Summary:
The Branch Administrator will lead, monitor, and direct Branch operations to assure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations. This position will be responsible for the overall management of all licensed operations in Buffalo, including clinical and home health staff, human resources / recruitment staff, training staff, scheduling, and payroll functions. Some of the main areas of responsibility are as follows:Ensure compliance of Home Care Operations, Agency Contracts, and Documentation relating to Agency and Patient Clinical Records by complying with Agency Policies and Procedures, as well as Federal, State and, Local rules and regulations Promotes positive public awareness of Agency through continuing education and positive relationships with local contacts.Initiate, support and participate in the branch sales and marketing activities Reports to PAC committee quarterlyPrepares reports, assist in budget preparation.Monitor office expenses and salary expenses to assure compliance with operating budgets Promote the concept of Performance Improvement to all staff through training and development
Qualifications:
B.S./B.A. in Health Care Administration or related field 5 years progressively responsible supervisory / administrative experience in healthcare administration, management, or supervision. Experience managing a Home Care, Hospice or similar operation is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Specifically Word, Excel) Ability to multitask and superb leadership skills Effective communication / interpersonal skills
