Bilingual Training Coordinator (Agent/Customer Support)

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shift: 1 General Responsibilities: MoneyGram International has an opening for a Training Coordinator located at our St. Louis Park, MN location. The primary responsibility for the Training Coordinator is to provide world-class telephonic customer service to our Agents. The Training Coordinator is responsible for training Agents, trouble-shooting equipment, and providing system updates for tracking each account. The training content includes Point Of Sale (POS) equipment and products, procedures, technology, fraud, and compliance via telephone. The Training Coordinator is also responsible for shipping equipment, scheduling training sessions, and researching Agent account information. The Training Coordinator will escalate agent accounts to Sales or POS tech support as necessary. The Training Coordinator is also responsible for accurate system updates. Skills and Experience Required: All positions require the ability to model the Corporate Values of Respect, Courage, Passion, Teamwork and Integrity. • All positions require core competencies of communication, leadership, ability to drive change, innovative outlook and problem analysis. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Years of Experience: 3 or more years of training or customer service(required) • Ability to deal with stress while maintaining professionalism and courtesy (required) • Polished telephone skills(required) • Exceptional customer service skills (required) • Ability to complete 8 hrs of phone training daily (required) • Well organized with strong written and verbal communication skills(required) • Bilingual English/Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic, or Persian Farsi (required) • Ability to "sell" MoneyGram to agents unfamiliar with the product and platform (required) • Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office (required) • Computer hardware set up proficiency (required) • Flexibility to work occasional overtime(required) MoneyGram International employees enjoy a competitive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity for personal and professional growth.
