Bilingual Receptionist needed for a contract position!

Established Orange Medical Assistance firm seeks a motivated, professional Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for an exciting contract opportunity!

The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist is responsible for the following:

*Answering incoming calls (moderate to heavy switchboard) and routing them to appropriate parties

*Greeting and signing in visitors as they arrive

*Filing, faxing and photocopying as needed

*Special projects as assigned

The Receptionist position requires:

*Previous Reception experience answering multiple phone lines

*Professional phone and in-person demeanor

*Strong communication skills

*The ability to work well with little supervision

*Strong multi-tasking skills

*Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Internet
