Bilingual Phone Representative
ProPath, a pathology practice, located in Dallas, is seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Phone Representative. You will be responsible for answering billing questions received from patients and other clients.
You must be knowledgeable regarding Medical Insurance claim processing. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to communicate complex payment application, charge detail and insurance fee schedules in an effective and courteous manner. Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English and Spanish. Familiarity with Microsoft software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
