Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

The American College of Physicians (ACP) is a national medical membership organization located in Center City Philadelphia.  It is our aim to enhance the quality and effectiveness of healthcare by fostering excellence and professionalism in the practice of internal medicine.

 

Our Membership Division currently has an opening for an Administrative Coordinator to support our International Activities Director.  Responsibilities for this position include:

 Preparing correspondence, documents and memoranda for the Director and other staff utilizing MS OfficeUpdating and maintaining various Membership departments websites under the direction of the Director.Handling all calls, mail and the calendar of the Director.Providing support to other Membership departments as needed.

 

The right candidate will have Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, strong PC skills to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint, good organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communications skills.  Ability to speak Spanish is required.
