Benefits Manager
Q&A has joined with an outstanding organization in the Healthcare Industry seeking a Benefits Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their Benefit Career. The company has a strong focus on internal promotion and tenure. This is a strategic role that will interface with internal teams along with external vendors in implementation and audit of benefit plan design. Below is a highlight of additional tasks the Manager will support: Testing, implementing, and auditing health & welfare, retirement plan, and paid time off systems Identifying trends and opportunities to redesign benefits Key contact for all benefit related acquisition and divestiture issues Supervision of 3 benefits analyst Programming and development of total rewards statements Please keep in mind this is a very visible position within the company and the ideal candidate will be heavily involved in big picture project management and development. You will be supported by the director of benefits who been with the company for 10 years! Due to the technical nature of the role, extensive knowledge in Excel, Access, and SQL query required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 + years health and welfare and retirement plan experience. Previous project management experience in a large corporate environment is required.
