Job Description Imagine Yourself...

Under the supervision of an RN:

Assisting and implementing delegated treatment plan interventions.

Performing routine unit functions - including transcribing orders.

Setting limits and communicating significant Patient events.

Facilitating evening groups.

General Qualifications
Wisconsin State Certification for Nursing Assistant required.

Minimum one year related experience with a preference in a behavioral health setting.

Desired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.

Good verbal and written skills.

CBRF training and experience.

Current CPR certification.
