Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a growing, highly structured special needs program in Canton, MA (commuting distance from Boston and Providence) that serves children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of challenging behaviors, including autism and/or conduct/psychiatric disorders. JRC uses a consistent application of behavioral principles to education and treatment. We seek full- or part-time clinicians who are committed to using or learning a Skinnerian behavioral approach. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, education, and certification, and starts at: M.A. $75,000; M.A. with BCBA certification $80,000. We pay for BCBA courses.
