St. John's Regional Medical Center, 266-beds, in Oxnard, CA has an outstanding opportunity for a Business Manager for the Main Surgery Department. In keeping with the CHW core values, and working within a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care delivery, leads and promotes the provision of quality patient care. Analyzes, plans, organizes and leads assigned departments and services. Develops and maintains the Operational, Strategic and Capitol budget. Reports monthly man hours per case. Identifies profit/loss service line and procedural analysis. 24 hour accountability for surgery scheduling and data coordination. Directly responsible for IT system and surgery scheduling system. Requires five years of progressive business management or financial analysis in hospital or healthcare related environment. Requires BS in Finance or Accounting, Operations Engineering or equivalent.
