BUDGET ANALYST

You will support the Director of Decision Support and Contracting as well as senior management with regard to budgeting and/or profitability analysis. Responsible for managing, developing and maintaining systems and processes utilized for producing Decision Support reports. You will also be required to maintain current knowledge and education pertaining to the latest healthcare industry developments.

 

The top candidate will bring a B.S. in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation, with 2-5 years’ professional experience in accounting, budgeting or finance (preferred); 3-5 years in a healthcare-related finance/analyst role; knowledge of mainframe systems (i.e., G/L, payroll, patient accounting/registration and medical records systems); and a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record. You will be proficient in MS Office as well as software applications pertaining to cost accounting, budgeting, decision support systems, database and graphics; and bring the ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
