The result is better care and a reduction in overall health care costs.   Primary Responsibilities: Demonstrate success in taking independent action and determining objectives, developing options and deducing future needs when required.  Work with CNS Network management and NDM in completing tasks and resolving issues.  Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.  Utilize department Outlook mailbox for projects and communication. Load and maintain all UBH fee schedules to include needed non par. Follow audit process in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and SAS 70 standards. Request needed reports.  Receive, provide input and complete new business implementations for fees and setup. RBRVU loading.  Understand UFE logic and provide input.  Participate in team goals by maintaining efficient and productive processes.  Ensure high quality and accurate system implementation of contracts and supplying continues process improvement, compilation and management of clean data flows to market.  Follow through on issues end to end.  Willingness to continuously improve processes and procedures. Basic, structured, standard approach to work. Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill. Performs routine or structured work. Respond to routine or standard requests. Use existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses. Depend on others for instruction, guidance or direction.Qualifications: Customer Service background - 2 years. Extremely proficient in excel (sorting and formatting spreadsheets) - 2 years. Convey complex or technical information in a calm manner that others can understand, as well as the ability to understand and interpret complex information from others. COSMOS, FACETS, UNET experience is highly desired. Insurance background, coding and claims experience are preferred. Education: College preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience: Clinical and/or behavioral background required, working knowledge of CPT coding and claims processing.
