Associate Manager, Marketing Communications**

Description
The primary function of this position is to assist in the creation and execution of highly effective marketing communication. Responsibilities will include working closely with Marketing Communication Management on promotional, PR and advertising programs. In addition, this position will support other Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) Marketing Associates on a variety of product management projects.

Position Requirements
1. Assist Marketing Communication Management in developing promotional items such as product brochures, sales tools and journal advertisement.
2. Contribute to the design and implementation of strategic marketing communication projects.
3. Play a key role in the planning, execution and follow-up of TIS activities at major trade shows - coordination of details with TIS Marketing Secretary, Marketing Communication Management and vendors paramount.
4. Attend regional shows on an as needed basis.
5. Coordinate administrative support to ensure adequate inventory of all Marketing Communication collateral material including product literature, stationary and sales tools.
6. Assist other TIS Marketing associates with product management projects.
7. 25% travel required.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
1. Requires a 4-year degree, preferably in Marketing or related field with minimum of 2 years experience.
2. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
3. Computer knowledge including intermediate MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. MS Publisher a plus.
4. Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Must have a proactive approach to addressing internal and external issues.
6. Ability to travel as needed.
