More information about Thomson Reuters and its financial performance can be found on www.ThomsonReuters.com.   The Healthcare business of Thomson Reuters provides insights -- information, benchmarks and analysis -- that enable organizations to manage costs, improve performance and enhance the quality of healthcare.   The Associate Client Manager is primarily responsible for meeting quota for new business and renewal and add-on revenue of assigned accounts in a given territory.  The Associate Client Manager will assure that client needs are being met relative to delivery and use of Thomson Reuters solutions.  Responsibilities also include meeting specific monthly and quarterly sales activity measurements, such as:  client calls, new-business calls, discussions/demos, leads, and revenue generation.  There will also be other administrative duties, sales campaign support, and assigned tasks as required.  Responsibility for assigned accounts and up-selling of additional offerings to existing accounts. Responsibility for outbound sales activity and promotion of new offerings, including supporting lead generation for outside sales executives. Accurate forecasting, tracking and reporting on renewals and new business activity. Provide account management for assigned accounts, including assuring user acceptance and building of adoption of existing deliverables. Provide technical assistance and integration support in pre-sales activities. Be the primary customer contact, advocate and interface between the customer and the Healthcare business. Share customer ideas and feedback with internal management. Work in collaboration with the Customer Account Service group to assure timely subscription renewals and processing of orders. Provide marketing support as needed. Support other sales territories as needed. Participate in trade shows and customer presentations and demos as needed. College degree in business or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 or more years of previous successful sales experience. Healthcare and/or Information Industry background preferred. Sales skills, knowledge of healthcare industry, knowledge of healthcare information systems.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for forecasting, tracking, and account management.
