CSG is dedicated to improving the lives of children with mental health conditions by providing a full range of services available in the home, community or school setting. CSG’s community-based programs include case management, behavioral health rehabilitation services, family-based mental health services and foster care, all focused on supporting a child’s wellbeing.

Job Description
The Assistant Program Director is responsible for the day to day clinical operations of the Lancaster ETC program which includes supervising staff, coordinating services, scheduling and providing Mobile Therapist and Behavior Specialist services.
Job Duties
Participates in the daily operations of the programProvides administrative supervision to staff in accordance with all corporate and regulatory standards.Participates in assigned committeesServes as team leader for staff interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team meetings.Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staffEvaluates assigned staff for probationary and annual reviewsPresents staff trainingPerforms other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with children with Mental Health and/or Autism; OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working with children with Mental Health and/or Autism; OR an associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working with children with Mental Health and/or Autism.
Must have at least one year supervisory experience as a supervisor or team leader.
Condition of Employment
Must pass criminal background clearances and child abuse clearances
Must have a valid driver’s license w/ a safe driving record
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the child/adolescent and family
Desirable Experience
Completion of an ABA program and board certification.
