Assistant Nurse Manager MCH
Assistant Nurse Manager MCH:
Newly created position to support the Manager of Maternal Child Health at a great Boston teaching facility. This will include L and D, post partum, and well baby.
This is an off shift position, but hours may be flexible (2-10, 12-8, possibly 4-10 hour shifts). Position involves day to day operations with an emphasis on patient flow.
Department currently in midst of construction project to go to all private rooms for post partum. 26 beds will increase to 33. There were 2500 deliveries last year.
This is an opportunity to develop your management skills as you mentor with a great Nurse Manager.
