Acts as System Developer of AABB Quality Program Standards. Performs proficiency testing. Ensures departmental compliance with NSUH In-house and external manuals. Implements staffing requirements. Adheres to NSUH/department policies and procedures and JCAHO/regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Physical or Biological Science or Medical Technology Health Care Management Ten (10) years related supervisory experience ASCP/NCA Certification or eligible NYS Department of Education License Clinical Laboratory Technologist
