Assessment Coordinator This position is responsible for contacting assigned patient/client contacts via phone to complete Initial and follow-up assessments and to increase program enrollment.  Will provide non-clinical support to the team to maximize client enrollments and provide customer service.  Must be detail oriented, self-directed and complete assessments in a timely manner. Will initiate a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective participants from insurance referrals to participate in the Maternalink program.  Will give an overview of the program and responds to questions about the program enrollments.  Obtains all demographic information on new participants and inputs into computer to initiate medical record. Must have the ability to handle large volumes of calls daily. Requirements:High school graduate or GED equivalent requiredAssociates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school-desirable Experience:Advanced technical business training desirable2-4 years customer service, telemarketing and data entry desirableKnowledge of customer support philosophy and objectives required Technical Skills:Keyboarding skillsMust complete Maternity Management program training, providing knowledge of products, services and programsAbility to use ACD telephone system Communication Skills:Fluent in Spanish desirableExcellent verbal communication skills are required in order to effectively promote services and enroll participantsPosition requires heavy telephone contact with program participants Matria Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer Position Information Job Title: Assessment Coordinator Company: Matria Healthcare, Inc.
